Wedding Package: Our six-hour all-inclusive package for 46 euro per person, children pay just 23 euro per person.
Included in the package
One aperitif: a glass of sparkling wine, sparkling wine with orange, Campari-orange, Campari soda
Table drinks: Grüner Veltliner WG Groiss, Blauer Portugieser, beer, mineral water, cola, Almdudler, orange/apple juice, Fanta, Sprite, coffee
Snacks: Fresh bread rolls and spreads
Buffet: From our suggestions, please select two soups, four main dishes and two desserts. Soups and desserts are served at the table, salads and main dishes are presented at the buffet. And as a special extra, we also offer you and your guests a warm midnight snack.
Soups
- Liver-dumpling soup or "Frittatensuppe" (bouillon with pancake strips)
- Mild cream of horseradish soup with toasted croutons
- Home-made garlic soup
- Vegetarian vegetable bouillon with spelt noodles
- Thickened cress soup with wine-marinated ham
- Onion soup with a tomato-based broth, herb croutons served in a bread bowl

- Chicken breast stuffed with mushroom and wrapped in bacon, served with herb hash browns and broccoli rosettes

- Braised beef "Esterhazy" in a Burgundy sauce with serviette dumplings and julienned root vegetables with lingonberry-filled pear
- Slices of Norwegian salmon gratinated in an herbal crust,
Hollandaise sauce & cress potatoes - Fillet of pikeperch, grilled and served with an herb buttered rice & spring onions
