| Cancellations within 6 weeks of the start of the seminar: | 30% of the stipulated price |
| Cancellations within 4 weeks of the start of the seminar: | 50% of the stipulated price |
| Cancellations within 1 week of the start of the seminar: | 100% of the stipulated price |
Additional Charges or Discounts for:
There is no charge for 10% variance in number of conference participants.
If the organiser hosts a further seminar within the next ½ year, s/he will be credited with 50% of the cancellation fee.
