Yes, we have rooms with connecting doors. They are particularly practical for families or friends who like to stay close to each other but still want their own private space. If you would like a room with a connecting door, please let us know when booking. We will be happy to check availability for your stay.
Most of our double beds are permanently fixed and therefore cannot be separated. If room availability allows, however, we are happy to find a suitable solution for you. Alternatively, in selected rooms we can offer you a sofa bed as a second bed. Just ask us when booking or before you arrive.
Our regular check-in is from 2:00 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, feel free to contact us in advance. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer you an earlier check-in. Please understand that we cannot always guarantee early check-in.
Some of our guest rooms are partially accessible. All rooms can be conveniently reached by lift. Rooms with walk-in showers are also available. In addition, we can provide you with a raised toilet seat and a shower stool if required. Please note that our rooms do not meet all the criteria of a fully accessible guest room. These include, among other things, the prescribed grab rails, certain required manoeuvring and clearance areas in the bathroom, and an emergency button as well as sockets and light switches at the prescribed reachable height. If you have special requirements, please contact us before booking. We will be happy to discuss the available facilities with you and find out together whether a suitable room is available for you.
Yes, we have guest rooms without carpeting. Synthetic hypoallergenic bed linen is also available on request. If you have special requirements due to an allergy, please let us know when booking. That way we can take your request into account as best we can when allocating rooms.
No matter how late it gets, we make your arrival easy and stress-free. For your late check-in you will receive your very own access code for the room key we leave for you. That way you stay independent and flexible until late at night. In case of difficulties or emergencies we are not far away and can be reached around the clock.
Our laundry service is available for a fee to clean your clothes. You are welcome to use our ironing room to iron and freshen up your clothing.
If you would like to skip daily room cleaning during your stay, just let us know. In doing so, you also make a small contribution to sustainability, as water, energy and cleaning products are saved. Of course, you can request room cleaning again at any time.
No, you can decide quite flexibly whether you would like to have our breakfast. Even if you want to skip individual days during your stay, that's possible. We note your breakfast days accordingly for billing.
We have deliberately decided against a fixed minibar in every room. This is more environmentally friendly and sustainable, and at the same time our 24/7 shop offers you a much larger selection of chilled drinks, snacks and little treats than a classic minibar. For long stays or if, for example, you need to keep medication cool, we are happy to put a minibar in your room on request. Of course, you can also keep your medication cool at our bar.
If you would like to take something with you from breakfast, you are welcome to pack a roll for later for a small surcharge. If you have to leave early and have no time for a leisurely breakfast, we are happy to prepare a packed lunch for you.
Stockerau tap water is drinking water of excellent quality and comes from protected groundwater reserves. You can enjoy it in your room or with your meal as a matter of course. That way you also save packaging and do something good for the environment.

Our divisible seminar rooms can be split into several areas within a few minutes using flexible partition walls – ideal for group work or smaller workshops. Depending on availability, separate breakout rooms are also available to you for an additional charge. That way we can adapt the seminar room flexibly to your seminar schedule and your individual needs.
Our seminar package includes all-day coffee in our newly designed break area. The morning coffee break is available from 9:30 to 11:30 am, the afternoon break from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. Of course, these times are flexible and can be adapted to your individual seminar schedule. Our buffet in the break area is regularly replenished during this time.
Wherever possible, we take individual dietary requirements and intolerances into account. Whether vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free – it's best to let us know your requirements when planning the seminar so that we can prepare the catering accordingly.
You are welcome to have your seminar documents, presentations or other materials delivered to our hotel before the event. We will accept the delivery for you and store it safely until your arrival or the start of your seminar.

Depending on the number of participants, lunch is served as a set menu or buffet. We agree on the exact lunchtime together at the start of the seminar day. The buffet is set up in good time; for the set menu, choices are made in the morning before the seminar begins – so there are no unnecessary waiting times.
On the first seminar day, the trainer can prepare the seminar room from 6:30 am. If arriving the day before, access is also possible the evening before, depending on availability.
For group work that needs more space, our spacious lobby and, in good weather, our two courtyard terraces are available to you. The nearby town park is also ideal for outdoor sessions.

For larger tour groups we offer 1 free place per 21 paying participants. The first free place is in a single room, all further ones in double or multi-bed rooms.

Quick and easy! As soon as we receive your list of participants, we assign the rooms in advance, taking the participants' wishes and needs into account. When you arrive, everything is already prepared. The room cards are ready and are handed out either by us directly or, if preferred, by the tour leader. That way there are no long waiting times.
You are welcome to hand in your holiday post directly with us. We will gladly take your postcard to the post office and take care of sending it.

We charge a corkage fee for this, which covers our complete service around the drinks you bring: we chill and serve your drinks, provide ice cubes and afterwards also take care of clearing away and disposing of the empty bottles.
