If you need packed lunches for an excursion or an early departure, we can prepare them for your group. Please let us know as early as possible that you would like packed lunches, so that we can prepare the number and the details you want accordingly.

For tour groups, we make sure that you can eat together in one room. Depending on availability, we can also give you the same seats each time. That way you can enjoy your meals together as a group in a relaxed atmosphere.
Yes, for group trips the local tourist tax can also be paid on site by the individual participants. If you prefer, the tourist tax can also be settled collectively through the group or the tour leader. Please let us know when booking which option you prefer.
For larger tour groups we offer 1 free place per 21 paying participants. The first free place is in a single room, all further ones in double or multi-bed rooms.
Use of all hotel facilities is included for group participants.
Quick and easy! As soon as we receive your list of participants, we assign the rooms in advance, taking the participants' wishes and needs into account. When you arrive, everything is already prepared. The room cards are ready and are handed out either by us directly or, if preferred, by the tour leader. That way there are no long waiting times.
You are welcome to hand in your holiday post directly with us. We will gladly take your postcard to the post office and take care of sending it.
We are happy to take care of luggage transport for your group from the coach to the room and, of course, back again. That way you can arrive in a relaxed way while we make sure your suitcases end up where they belong.
