Our rooms are ready from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Depending on availability, your room may of course be ready for you earlier. Just ask us when you arrive – we'll see what's possible.
Our divisible seminar rooms can be split into several areas within a few minutes using flexible partition walls – ideal for group work or smaller workshops. Depending on availability, separate breakout rooms are also available to you for an additional charge. That way we can adapt the seminar room flexibly to your seminar schedule and your individual needs.
Our seminar package includes all-day coffee in our newly designed break area. The morning coffee break is available from 9:30 to 11:30 am, the afternoon break from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. Of course, these times are flexible and can be adapted to your individual seminar schedule. Our buffet in the break area is regularly replenished during this time.
Wherever possible, we take individual dietary requirements and intolerances into account. Whether vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free – it's best to let us know your requirements when planning the seminar so that we can prepare the catering accordingly.
You are welcome to have your seminar documents, presentations or other materials delivered to our hotel before the event. We will accept the delivery for you and store it safely until your arrival or the start of your seminar.
Even short-notice changes are usually no problem. Whether a shortened last seminar day, a later lunch instead of the second coffee break or changes to the schedule – we try to accommodate your wishes without any fuss.
Depending on the number of participants, lunch is served as a set menu or buffet. We agree on the exact lunchtime together at the start of the seminar day. The buffet is set up in good time; for the set menu, choices are made in the morning before the seminar begins – so there are no unnecessary waiting times.
On the first seminar day, the trainer can prepare the seminar room from 6:30 am. If arriving the day before, access is also possible the evening before, depending on availability.
For group work that needs more space, our spacious lobby and, in good weather, our two courtyard terraces are available to you. The nearby town park is also ideal for outdoor sessions.
During your seminar, reception and the entire service team are available to you as contacts at any time. Whether the room temperature needs adjusting, additional equipment is required or something needs to be changed at short notice, we take care of it and support you without any fuss.
