RAILWAY STATION: Stockerau railway station is only about 800 m away and can easily be reached on foot or by city bus. Trains run regularly from there towards Vienna and Hollabrunn.

BATHROBE: our team will be happy to provide you with a bathrobe on request. Bathrobes and a changing room are also available in the wellness area.

BABY COT: We are happy to provide a baby cot incl. bed linen for a surcharge. Simply let our team know if you need one.

DO NOT DISTURB: Want to stay undisturbed? Simply hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of your room door. Our team will then not enter your room.

CHECK-IN: Your room is available from 2:00 pm. Late check-in outside our reception hours is also possible if requested in advance – you will receive a personal access code for this.

CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure you can use your room until 11:00 am. Late check-out is possible depending on availability and for a small fee. Just let our team know.

DIET: We are happy to cater to your dietary needs. Please let us know about allergies and food intolerances when you arrive.

SHOWER STOOL: Need a shower stool? We are happy to provide one on request.

ENTRANCE DOORS: Our entrance doors are locked from 11:00 pm to 6:30 am. With your room card you have access to the hotel at any time, 24/7. In an emergency you can use the intercom or contact our emergency number.

BIKE RENTAL: Bikes can be borrowed free of charge at reception, subject to availability.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: Every floor is equipped with fire extinguishers in accordance with regulations.

PHOTOCOPIES: Our reception will be happy to help you with this.

LOST PROPERTY: If you have lost or forgotten something during your stay, please contact the reception staff.

GARAGE: Around the hotel there is a short-stay parking zone, partly free and partly paid, Mon–Fri 8:00 am–6:00 pm and Sat 8:00 am–12 noon. For loading and unloading your car, you can park free of charge behind the hotel in Brodschildstraße for up to 90 min/180 min using a parking disc.

• • Hotel's own underground car park: Park in our hotel's own underground car park. You can get the entry tokens at our reception. A space costs EUR 15.00 per day.
  • VAZ Z2000 car park: For long-term parking we recommend the nearby car park of the Z2000 event centre (entrance Rögergasse, 2000 Stockerau). 250 parking spaces are available. You can get your discounted exit ticket for EUR 10.00 at our hotel reception. This works out cheaper for parking periods of 8 hours or more.

DRINKS: Our team is happy to serve you drinks daily from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Outside these times, our shop is available to you around the clock (24/7).

GREEN OPTION: If you wish, we will skip the daily room cleaning. Please let us know on arrival or on your first evening.

SAFETY INFORMATION: We kindly ask you not to smoke in bed or in the corridors, not to use heating or cooking appliances in your room and to avoid anything that could cause a fire.

  • A floor plan/escape plan for your room is located next to the room door. Please memorise the location of your room and the escape route so that you do not panic in an emergency. Fire extinguishers are clearly visible in all corridors.

PETS: Your dog is very welcome with us. We charge EUR 20.00 per day for the additional cleaning. If you would like to leave your pet alone in the room while you are out, please let us know at reception. That way our cleaning staff know not to enter your room during this time.

TAP WATER: The tap water is of excellent drinking water quality. Please let us know straight away if you notice dripping taps or running toilet cisterns. Thank you very much for your support!

PACKED LUNCH: If you would like to take something with you from breakfast, you are welcome to pack a roll for later for a small surcharge. If you have to leave early and have no time for a leisurely breakfast, we are happy to prepare a packed lunch for you.

MINIBAR: We have deliberately decided against a fixed minibar in every room. This is more environmentally friendly and sustainable, and at the same time our 24/7 shop offers you a much larger selection of chilled drinks, snacks and little treats than a classic minibar. For long stays or if, for example, you need to keep medication cool, we are happy to put a minibar in your room on request. Of course, you can also keep your medication cool at our bar.

MASSAGE: Use our massage chair free of charge during your stay. Book your 30-minute break at our reception.

WASTE SEPARATION: You'll find facilities for separating your waste at central points in the hotel (reception).

SMOKING: The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in front of the entrance doors and on the courtyard terraces.

RESTAURANT: Our restaurant is open from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:30 to 10:00 pm (kitchen until 9:00 pm).

RECEPTION: Our reception staff are available for information from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Extension: 9

ROOM SERVICE: Would you rather eat in the comfort of your room? No problem! Simply call reception and, during our restaurant opening hours, we'll bring the dishes you want from our à la carte menu straight to your room.

SAFE: There is a safe in your room for your valuables. Instructions for using the safe are on the inside of the safe door. No liability is accepted for valuables deposited in the room safe. Larger valuables can be deposited in the hotel safe at reception.

SHOP: In our shop, centrally located in the hotel lobby, you'll find cold drinks, sweet and savoury snacks, practical little items (toothbrush kit, shaving kit, slippers, sewing kit) and regional souvenirs around the clock. Environmentally friendly and practical – so much better than a classic minibar.

SHOE SHINE MACHINE: You'll find a shoe shine machine on the ground floor by reception. You are welcome to use it at any time.

SEMINARS: Our hotel is ideally suited for seminars. Offers and documents are available on request at reception or on our website under MEETINGS & SEMINARS.

TAXI: Need a taxi? No problem – we'll be happy to call one for you.

For journeys from the surrounding area, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. That way we can arrange a local taxi company nearby for you. Taxis from Vienna are also possible, but are usually somewhat more expensive.

TOILETRIES: For sustainability reasons, we avoid single-use items as far as possible. The following items are available at reception and in our 24h shop:

WELLNESS: Our wellness area is available to you daily from 5:00 to 10:30 pm. For sustainability reasons, we ask you to register in advance so that we only operate the area when it is actually used. A sauna, a steam bath, an organic saunarium, an infrared cabin and a cosy relaxation area with a heated bench await you. Take time to relax and enjoy your break. In our wellness area towels and bathrobes are available to you, in addition to showers, changing rooms and lockers.

WAKE-UP SERVICE: We are happy to set up an automatic wake-up call on your room telephone. Simply contact our reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: In your wardrobe you'll find a laundry bag in which you can hand in your laundry to housekeeping for washing. Please hand it in at reception with your room number. (Laundry service within 24 hours.)

ROOM SERVICE: Our staff will be happy to bring our culinary delights to your room. You'll find our current drinks menu, à la carte menu and seasonal menu on our website under CUISINE & DINING.

PAYMENT METHODS: You can pay easily in cash, by debit card, Visa or Mastercard.

NEWSPAPERS: You'll find current daily newspapers opposite reception. You are welcome to borrow them and browse through them at your leisure.

CIGARETTES: We do not sell cigarettes. You'll find a tobacconist at the roundabout on the corner. You can shop there during opening hours; outside opening hours a cigarette machine is available around the clock. Payment at the machine is possible with a debit card.

ROOM CLEANING: Your room is cleaned daily. If you would like to skip cleaning for sustainability reasons, simply let us know at reception or hang the red card on your room door. We also focus on sustainability with towels: towels that are hung up will be used again. Towels left on the floor will be replaced for you.
